Tidy Up will not be held accountable for damages due to lack of instruction. Our 48 Hour Cancellation Policy is designed to protect our cleaners from loss of income. If you decide to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hour notice, you will be assessed a cancellation fee equivalent to the price of your service of choice.
